Elevate your posture, power, and performance on beam and floor! Led by pro dancer and Phoenix specialist Coach Shelley, these classes help gymnasts (ages 7+) polish routines, master leaps, and score higher execution points.

- Girls’ Ballet for Gymnastics (60 mins | £36/mo) – Barre work, grace, flexibility, and advanced spins/leaps.
- Boys’ Ballet for Gymnastics (45 mins | £27/mo) – Core shaping, dynamic flexibility, and explosive power.
- Intro to Jazz Dance (60 mins | £36/mo) – Rhythm, expression, and jazz fundamentals for dynamic floor routines.
